Watchword for 2022
Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, singing and making melody to the Lord in your hearts.                                                                                                       Ephesians 5:19

James, his wife Elsie,

 and daughter Gracie

Meet our new Pastoral Intern, Brother James Joniec

1. When did you join the Moravian Church?  I joined in early 2019.  My wife Elise joined in 2020.  We are both currently members of Emmaus congregation.

2. What do you look forward to the most when you come to church? I love everything about services, but I particularly love to hear how the pastor crafts the message in her/his sermon.  I also love the music!

3. What is your favorite hymn? This is a tough one.  I love so many hymns, but my favorites are Amazing Grace, O' Holy Night, O' Come

All Ye Faithful, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, and Christ the Life of All

the Living (big fan of Christmas hymns!).

4. What is your favorite memory at a Moravian Church? Elise and I were married in Emmaus Moravian Church on June 26, 2021.  Hard to beat that! lol
